Who are we?

Heat Pumps Made Easy Ltd are one of the region’s leading installers of Ariston, Intergas and Ebac heat pumps and with over 30 years of experience in domestic plumbing and heating, we’ve seen every major shift in how homes are heated. So when we say heat pumps are the future, it’s not a claim we make lightly. We’ve lived and breathed gas boilers since the late 1980s, yet the benefits and reliability of modern heat pumps are undeniable.

While many in our industry hesitated—much like they did in the early days of combi boilers—we chose to fully embrace heat pump technology. Our goal is to make every stage of the installation process clear, simple, and accessible for our customers.

We can provide references from existing clients and arrange site or factory visits for anyone who would like to see a heat pump in action or hear directly from homeowners who already have one installed.

Our business continues to grow year after year, and we are on track to install over 400 heat pumps this year.

We also take pride in being a responsible renewable energy company, recycling all waste wherever possible and ensuring our installations are carried out with sustainability in mind.

How can we help?

The average LPG bottle now costs around £90 and, for many households, lasts less than a week. Because LPG is imported and heavily influenced by global conflicts and supply issues, prices can spike without warning — something our customers feel all too often.

Electricity, on the other hand, is produced here in the UK, and its price is no longer tied to the cost of gas. With the UK generating more renewable energy than ever before, electricity prices have become far more stable and predictable.

Our customers consistently tell us that their heat pumps are over 55% cheaper to run than their old LPG systems. That’s a huge saving — and one that continues year after year.

Next steps and how do I get a Heat Pump?

Simply email or call us and we will arrange a survey visit and let us do the rest!

On average, from survey to installation it takes around 3 weeks. We will furnish you with a full quotation and details of all of the components for the installation along with their warranty information. We will also supply a performance estimate for the proposed system that will highlight the running costs of a heat pump vs your old system so that you can see what savings you would achieve.

Once the quote is accepted we will then apply for the government grant through Ofgem / boiler upgrade scheme. We don’t ask for any upfront payments, and any customers contributions are payable after the installation is completed.

In most cases all customers will qualify for a £7500 government grant towards the installation of a heat pump but where homes are currently heated with either an LPG or oil boiler, those customers may qualify for a higher, £9000 government grant.
